Parking

The best option for parking nearby the apartments is the Haarlemmerstraat parking garage. Free parking is only well outside the center.

Pets

As much as we love pets, our apartments are not suitable for pets.

Bicycles

Leiden is very easy to discover by bicycle and we also love cycling. But your (rented) bicycles should not be parked in our apartments.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments. Organizing parties and / or events is also not allowed.

Cancellation

In the unlikely event that you are unable to attend, that is no problem. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 5 days before your planned arrival date. Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form. After cancellation you will receive a confirmation email and we will return the already paid booking costs as soon as possible.
